Welcome to Stanmaxx. These terms cover how you can use stanmaxx.com They’re written to be readable but they are a real agreement. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to what’s below. If you don’t agree, that’s okay but you shouldn’t use Stanmaxx.

Who can use Stanmaxx

You need to be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country if that’s higher. If you’re using Stanmaxx on behalf of a company or organisation, you’re confirming you’re allowed to accept these terms for them.

One person, one account. Don’t create accounts for other people without their consent and don’t pretend to be someone you’re not.

Your page and your content

Stanmaxx lets you build a single page that holds your links, events, with personalisation. Whatever you put on your page your links, text, images, the whole thing stays yours. We don’t claim ownership of it.

What we do need is permission to actually run the Service. So by posting content, you give us a limited licence to host it, display it, and show it to the people who visit your page. We’re not going to sell it, license it onward, or use it in advertising. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for copies that sit in backups for a short while before they cycle out.

You’re responsible for what’s on your page. you should have the right to post it.

What you can’t do

You may not use Stanmaxx to post, link to, or distribute:

• Anything illegal under the laws that apply to you or to us.
• Content that attacks, dehumanises, or incites hatred against people based on who they are including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation. Racism and anti-LGBTQ+ content are not welcome here.
• Harassment, threats, or content meant to bully or intimidate someone.
• Sexual content involving minors, or anything that exploits or endangers children.
• Malware, phishing, scams, or links designed to harm or deceive whoever clicks them.
• Spam, or schemes to artificially inflate clicks, visits, or engagement.
• Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights.

We also ask that you not try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service, or get around any limits or security measures we’ve put in place.

Suspending or removing accounts

We’d rather not, but we can suspend or close any account, and remove any content, at our discretion. That includes but isn’t limited to situations where:

• The content or behaviour breaks the rules above.
• We’re required to act by law or by a valid legal request.
• The account is harming ou site, other users, or us.
• We have a reasonable basis to think something’s wrong even if we can’t prove it directly.

We’ll try to give you a heads-up and a reason when it’s practical and safe to do so, but there are cases — legal risk, safety risk, abuse in progress where we’ll act directly. To be clear, the call is ultimately ours. Stanmaxx is a service we provide, and we reserve the right to decide what stays on it. If you think we got it wrong, you’re welcome to contact us and we’ll take a look.

If your account is closed, the licence you gave us ends and we’ll delete your content in the normal course, subject to anything we’re legally required to keep.

Promotion within the Service

From time to time, we may feature, highlight, or promote accounts, pages or our own services inside Stanmaxx. for example, surfacing someone’s page in a discovery section, a featured list, or a recommendation somewhere in the Site. This is something we do within our own platform to help people find pages and it’s separate from the kind of external advertising network we don’t use. By having a public page, you accept that it may be shown or recommended in these ways. If you’d prefer your page not be featured, get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate that.

The Service itself

We work to keep Stanmaxx up and running, but we don’t promise it’ll be perfect or available every second. Features can change, and we may add, adjust, or retire parts of the Service over time. If we’re planning something that significantly affects you, we’ll aim to let you know.

Stanmaxx is provided “as is.” We’re not able to guarantee it’ll meet every need or never have a hiccup, and to the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or knock-on losses that come from using or not being able to use our website. None of this is meant to limit rights you have under mandatory law in your country, including consumer protection law.

Links to other places

Your page is full of links, and visitors will click them. We don’t control where those links go, and we’re not responsible for other people’s sites. Same goes for any third-party tools or services we connect to.

Crypto wallets and tips

Stanmaxx includes an optional, non-custodial crypto “tip jar.” This part matters, so it’s spelled out plainly: Stanmaxx never holds, controls, moves, or has access to your crypto-assets, your private keys, or your seed phrase. The feature only displays the public receive addresses that you choose to add to your own page. Any payment is signed and sent entirely from the sender’s own wallet, directly to the address shown, on a public blockchain. Funds move wallet-to-wallet and never pass through us.

We charge nothing for this. Stanmaxx takes no commission, fee, or cut on any tip or transfer made through the wallet feature. Network (“gas”) fees charged by a blockchain itself are separate, are set by that network, and are not collected by us.

Crypto transactions are irreversible. Once a transfer is sent it cannot be undone, reversed, or refunded by us or by anyone. You are responsible for the addresses you publish and for keeping your account secure, and senders are responsible for checking the address and the network before sending. To the fullest extent the law allows, Stanmaxx is not liable for any loss connected with the wallet feature, including funds sent to a wrong, mistyped, outdated, or compromised address, transfers made on the wrong network, wallet or browser-extension issues, the behaviour of third-party wallets (such as MetaMask or Phantom) or of blockchain connection (RPC) providers, network fees, failed or stuck transactions, or the price and volatility of any crypto-asset.

Nothing in Stanmaxx is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for complying with the laws, reporting, and taxes that apply to you where you live. The blockchains, wallets, and connection services used by the feature are independent third parties that we neither own nor control.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms new features, legal changes, or just to make things clearer. If a change is significant, we’ll give you reasonable notice through the Service or by email. Carrying on using Stanmaxx after a change means you’re okay with the updated terms.

Closing your account

You can close your account whenever you like, from your settings or by contacting us. No hard feelings.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French laws where Stanmaxx is established within the European Union. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protections of the law where you live. Disputes go to the competent courts, again without taking away any consumer rights you have locally.
